I like that I am always greeted by name and made comfortable on arrival "would you care for something to drink?" The Salon is always clean and the chairs are comfortable. Not so thrilled with the merchandise
The warm welcome we received upon arrival as well as the eye and brow waxing experience I received from Irene. She took time to speak with me about the right product for my hair as well.
